Shopping at BooLabz is designed to be safe from the first click to the receipt in your inbox. This page explains how we protect your payment and personal information.

Encrypted connections

Every page on boolabz.com, including the cart and checkout, is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS with TLS). Look for the padlock in your browser’s address bar. Information you enter is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers.

How payments are processed

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you check out, you are taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page where your card details are entered into secure, encrypted payment fields and transmitted directly to Stripe. BooLabz never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Transactions are screened by Stripe’s fraud-prevention systems, including address verification (AVS) and card security code (CVV) matching, and your card issuer may ask you to confirm a purchase.

Accepted payment methods and currency

We accept the major credit and debit cards shown in the footer of every page, along with the digital wallets Stripe offers at checkout. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD); if your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee. Charges on your card statement will identify BooLabz.

Your account

If you create an account, your password is stored only as a salted, one-way hash — nobody at BooLabz can read it — and account emails such as verification codes and password resets are sent only to the address on the account. Keep your password confidential and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your personal information

We collect only what is needed to process, ship, and support your order, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Unauthorized or unrecognized charges

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us immediately at bones@bonesrnd.com or (561) 446-0682 with the date and amount, and contact your card issuer. We will investigate promptly and refund any charge we cannot verify was authorized by you.
